Over 10 days — plus a BONUS Day 11 — you’ll be guided by expert pelvic floor therapist Amy in daily lessons that support healing, circulation, strength, and inner awareness.

Each day includes a short, informative lesson followed by a guided breathwork practice. It’s like having a pelvic health therapist in your corner, every step of the way.

Each day includes a 20–50 minute guided session with:
