This package is designed to guide your body through the earliest weeks postpartum, when healing, regulation, and support matter most.
 
Includes:
1 in-person evaluation or re-evaluation within 1–7 days after birth
5 follow-up in-person therapy sessions at:
2 weeks postpartum
4 weeks postpartum
6 weeks postpartum
8 weeks postpartum
10 weeks postpartum 
Care focuses on pelvic floor and core healing, nervous system regulation, restoring strength and mobility, and supporting a confident return to daily movement — without rushing or ignoring your body’s signals.
 
This is not a single “clearance” visit.It’s guided recovery, paced to support real healing.
